New By-Laws

The attorney has finished reviewing the proposed Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. Here is a link to download the PDF file. Please review the documents and be prepared to discuss and vote on them at the July meeting. Members need to have paid their dues to be able to vote on the proposed Articles and By-Laws.

I would appreciate if you could print and bring the document along to the meeting, if you have any questions or comments. Since there are so many pages, we will not be handing out copies at the meeting. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an e-mail.
